How do I approach the project?
1. Define with the Administration department, Human Resources department and/or Head of unit the requirements and needs that the procedure must fulfil.
2. Research on existing procedures about the subject.Identification of key points that must be include in the new procedure.
3. Sketch an initial table of contents.
4. Write down procedure text.Check with Administration department, Human Resources department and/or Heads of unit the fulfilment of the requirements and needs defined.
5. Publish the new procedure on the appropriate channels.
